John Pennycuff Memorial Apartments will feature seven-stories of affordable-rate apartments. Building features 88 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments targeted towards LGBTQ tenants. Amenities include ground floor retail and 18 parking spaces. Developed by the non-profit Metropolitan Housing Development Corp. and designed by CSA Partners, the project will be Chicago’s largest LGBTQ-friendly affordable housing building to date.
